This research aims to find the effect of supervision, leadership and compensation on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office. Does leadership partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office? Does compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office? Do supervision, leadership and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office? The research method is causal associative research with the help of the SPSS Version 25 programme. This research uses multiple linear regression. The population in this study were 80 respondents. The sample in this study were 80 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that supervision partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office. Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office. Supervision, leadership and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office.

The results of this research indicate that the variables of supervision, leadership, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the North Sumatra DPRD Office.The research findings align with the objectives of this study and have answered all the formulated research questions.It is recommended that future researchers conduct more in-depth studies on the variables of supervision, leadership, and compensation regarding employee performance using different research methods.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penting bagi Kantor DPRD Sumatera Utara untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pengawasan dengan memperjelas standar kerja dan memberikan evaluasi berkala kepada pegawai. Selain itu, pengembangan gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih partisipatif dan komunikatif dapat mendorong motivasi dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh mediasi dari motivasi kerja antara pengawasan, kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut pada kinerja pegawai di berbagai instansi pemerintah di Sumatera Utara untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik. Terakhir, penelitian kualitatif dapat dilakukan untuk menggali lebih dalam persepsi pegawai mengenai efektivitas pengawasan, kepemimpinan, dan sistem kompensasi yang ada, sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih spesifik dan relevan bagi peningkatan kinerja organisasi.
