Along with the development of existing technology, the implementation of internet use for learning, one of which is e-learning, has become increasingly prevalent. The Covid-19 pandemic necessitated online learning. This online learning is not separate from the same learning objectives. As partners and facilitators, lecturers are required to select and process the learning process, thus necessitating consideration of appropriate learning models that align with the characteristics of students. The selection of the learning model used influences the quality and yield of learning. This study aimed to test the effectiveness of the ViLCon blended e-learning model, which has been developed for both offline and online learning, to ensure learning is effective and efficient, thereby achieving the studys objectives. This research employed a quasi-experimental design, specifically a one-group pre-test post-test design. The validity and reliability of the tests used were analyzed using SPSS. A validity test was conducted on 40 students in class A using a double-choice question instrument. The average pre-test score for understanding the material before learning was 38.33% of the ideal score, while the average post-test score was 74.63% of the ideal score. The significant improvement from the pre-test to post-test scores is represented by a normalized gain of 0.59, categorized as medium according to Hake (1999). This indicates that the use of the VilCon Blended E-learning model is effective in increasing students understanding of mathematical learning models. Based on the analysis of the results and discussions, it can be concluded that the VilCon Blended E-Learning module is effective in improving learning outcomes and motivation among PGSD students at Tadulako University.

The study concludes that the VilCon Blended E-Learning model is effective in enhancing learning outcomes and student motivation in mathematics lectures at Tadulako University. The application of this model is recommended for continued use in the learning process, as it has proven to effectively increase understanding and motivation.Further research should focus on addressing the limitations of facilities and infrastructure, such as unstable internet access and a lack of supporting resources, to optimize the implementation of this model.
