This research, entitled Legal Analysis of Products, Services, and Service Quality in Influencing Customer Satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jayapura City, aims to identify and analyze the influence of products, services, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jayapura City. This study also aims to identify and analyze the steps taken by Bank Syariah Mandiri to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided by the bank to the community in Jayapura City. The method used in this research is normative and empirical juridical, an approach that refers to laws, literature, written regulations or other secondary legal materials and identifies and conceptualizes law as a real social institution within the real-life system. The output of this research is to contribute legal thought and knowledge to Bank Syariah Mandiri and the community in Jayapura City regarding how products, services, and service quality can influence customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jayapura City.

Product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.Bank Syariah Mandiri takes steps to ensure customer satisfaction, including providing convenient transaction facilities and simple customer requirements.The study suggests that Bank Syariah Mandiri should maintain its product services, services, and service quality to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Further research should investigate the impact of digital banking adoption on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri, considering the increasing trend of online financial services. Additionally, a comparative study analyzing customer perceptions of service quality between Bank Syariah Mandiri and its conventional banking competitors in Jayapura City could provide valuable insights. Finally, exploring the role of Islamic financial literacy among customers in shaping their satisfaction levels with Sharia-compliant banking products is crucial, as a deeper understanding of Islamic principles may influence customer expectations and perceptions. These studies, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative approaches, will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and enable Bank Syariah Mandiri to refine its strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining a competitive edge in the evolving financial landscape. The combined insights will allow for the development of targeted initiatives to improve service delivery, product offerings, and customer education, ultimately fostering stronger customer relationships and promoting the growth of Islamic banking in the region.
