This study aims to explore the emotional and psychological impacts experienced by bullying perpetrators and to analyze the influence of parenting styles on the development of such behavior within the context of Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High Schools). Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving perpetrators, guidance and counseling (BK) teachers, and school staff. The findings indicate that bullying perpetrators often experience emotional distress, including feelings of guilt, remorse, and behavioral changes such as social withdrawal following disciplinary actions. Contributing factors to these behaviors include unsupportive parenting styles, poor family communication, and social environmental pressures. Notably, several perpetrators demonstrated a willingness to change after undergoing counseling and engaging in personal reflection. This study underscores the importance of a comprehensive rehabilitative approach that goes beyond punitive measures, emphasizing the need for ongoing emotional and psychological support to effectively address bullying behavior.

The study concludes that bullying behavior often stems from underlying emotional and psychological distress, frequently linked to inadequate parenting and adverse social influences.Addressing this issue requires a comprehensive approach involving families, schools, and the community, moving beyond punitive measures to prioritize emotional healing and behavioral guidance.By providing sustained rehabilitative efforts, perpetrators can develop empathy, self-regulation, and social responsibility, fostering their transformation towards healthier interpersonal relationships and overall psychological well-being.

Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas program intervensi berbasis sekolah yang dirancang khusus untuk rehabilitasi pelaku bullying, dengan fokus pada pengembangan empati dan regulasi emosi. Selain itu, studi komparatif antara berbagai gaya pengasuhan dan dampaknya terhadap perilaku bullying dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor risiko dan protektif. Terakhir, penelitian kualitatif yang mendalam mengenai pengalaman pelaku bullying dalam jangka panjang, termasuk transisi mereka ke masa dewasa, dapat membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dukungan yang berkelanjutan dan mencegah potensi perilaku agresif di masa depan. Penelitian-penelitian ini penting untuk dilakukan guna memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang dinamika bullying dan merancang strategi pencegahan serta intervensi yang lebih efektif, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan suportif bagi semua siswa.
