Further research should investigate the specific leadership behaviors of principals that most effectively promote teacher performance in rural elementary schools. Additionally, studies could explore the relationship between teacher motivation, professional development opportunities, and the school organizational climate. Finally, research is needed to examine the impact of parental involvement and community support on both school climate and teacher performance, considering the unique context of Singorojo District and similar regions. These investigations will contribute to a more nuanced understanding of the factors influencing teacher effectiveness and inform the development of targeted interventions to enhance the quality of education in these settings. Exploring the role of school resources, such as funding and facilities, in mediating the relationship between leadership, climate, and performance is also crucial. Investigating the perceptions of teachers regarding the fairness and transparency of school policies and procedures could reveal areas for improvement in organizational climate and teacher morale. These combined efforts will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay of factors that shape teacher performance and school effectiveness.
