The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of compensation, organizational commitment, and work environment on employee performance at PT Sarana Daya Mandiri Banjarmasin. This research is explanatory research, which is a study that highlights between variables and tests the hypotheses that have been formulated. The type of research used is associative (causal relationship), which aims to know the relationship between two or more variables. The research sample was as many as 36 respondents who were employees at PT Sarana Daya Mandiri Banjarmasin. Data analysis techniques are used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation, organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously and partially affect employee performance. This indicates that if these three factors increase, it will directly impact the improvement of employee performance. Based on these results, the research hypothesis is accepted.

Compensation, organizational commitment, and work environment collectively influence employee performance, indicating that improvements in these areas directly contribute to enhanced employee performance.Compensation significantly impacts employee performance, suggesting that company compensation policies directly affect performance improvements.Organizational commitment also significantly influences employee performance, meaning that employees with strong organizational attachment demonstrate better performance.Finally, the work environment has a significant impact on employee performance, implying that improvements to the work environment directly lead to performance enhancements.

Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa pemimpin yang inspiratif dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk melampaui ekspektasi standar. Selain itu, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di berbagai sektor industri, untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik yang dapat diadopsi secara luas. Terakhir, penelitian kualitatif mendalam dapat dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi karyawan mengenai komitmen organisasi dan bagaimana hal itu memengaruhi motivasi serta kepuasan kerja mereka, sehingga memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif tentang dinamika hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian-penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
