The development of Preksuya is based on the analysis of curriculum needs, student characteristics, and the availability of existing learning resources. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that Preksuya is a valid, practical, and effective learning media to improve students understanding of integrated science and social studies concepts. Preksuya is also able to increase students motivation and interest in learning. The implications of this research are that Preksuya can be used as an alternative learning media in elementary schools to improve the quality of science and social studies learning.
The development of Preksuya as a learning medium successfully integrated science and social studies in elementary schools, addressing the need for more engaging and comprehensive learning resources.The research, employing the ADDIE model, demonstrated Preksuyas validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing students conceptual understanding and motivation.Ultimately, Preksuya presents a viable alternative learning medium for elementary schools, contributing to improved quality in science and social studies education.
Penelitian lanjutan dapat difokuskan pada efektivitas Preksuya dalam konteks pembelajaran jarak jauh, mengingat perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan pendidikan yang semakin fleksibel. Selain itu, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Preksuya dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional, guna mengukur dampak Preksuya secara lebih akurat. Penelitian lebih lanjut juga dapat mengeksplorasi pengembangan Preksuya untuk mata pelajaran lain di tingkat sekolah dasar, atau bahkan ditingkatkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, sehingga memperluas manfaatnya bagi sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Pengembangan Preksuya juga dapat diintegrasikan dengan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk personalisasi pembelajaran, di mana sistem dapat menyesuaikan konten dan aktivitas pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kemampuan individu siswa, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses belajar mengajar.
