Fokus Ekonomi : Jurnal Ilmiah EkonomiFokus Ekonomi : Jurnal Ilmiah EkonomiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-control, lingkungan sosial teman sebaya, dukungan orang tua, dan kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMKN 2 Sukoharjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-control, lingkungan sosial teman sebaya, dukungan orang tua, dan kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa self-control, lingkungan sosial teman sebaya, dukungan orang tua, dan kompetensi guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMKN 2 Sukoharjo.Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar siswa meningkatkan self-control, orang tua memberikan dukungan kepada anaknya, dan guru meningkatkan kompetensi sesuai dengan tugas utamanya.
Penelitian lanjutan dapat dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa, seperti kebijakan sekolah, fasilitas belajar, dan teknologi pembelajaran. Selain itu, penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yang berbeda, seperti penelitian kualitatif atau penelitian eksperimen. Dengan demikian, dapat diperoleh gambaran yang lebih lengkap tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa.
