This research intended to analyze the economic growth and family welfare. The implications on economic growth and welfare in this framework are driven by economic growth. This research was conducted in Surabaya which covered 105 supervisors as respondents. This research utilized Regression, processed with SPSS 20 to analyze hypotheses. The intercorrelations models between these variables revealed that the hypotheses have significant correlation. The results of this research provide empirical data for the development of the theoretical framework of economic science.

Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of economic growth on the welfare of non-civil servant families in Surabaya.Furthermore, the study indicates the presence of other variables beyond those examined that also affect welfare. Therefore, it is recommended that the Surabaya City government increase economic growth to improve the welfare of non-civil servant families.

Future research should explore the influence of factors beyond economic growth, such as economic equality, regional minimum wages, and per capita income, on the welfare of non-civil servant families. Additionally, investigating the role of government policies aimed at reducing income disparities and promoting equitable distribution of wealth could provide valuable insights. Further studies could also examine the specific mechanisms through which economic growth translates into improved welfare for this population, considering factors like access to education, healthcare, and social safety nets. Finally, a longitudinal study tracking the long-term effects of economic growth on the welfare of non-civil servant families in Surabaya would be beneficial to understand the sustainability of these improvements and identify potential challenges. These investigations will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the complex relationship between economic growth and societal well-being, enabling policymakers to design more effective strategies for inclusive and sustainable development.
