This study examines the impact of on-time performance, flight schedules, and ticket prices on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Garuda Indonesia Airlines at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta, Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed using SEM PLS. The results indicate a positive and significant direct impact of on-time performance and ticket prices on customer satisfaction, while flight schedules have a positive but insignificant direct impact. Furthermore, customer satisfaction and ticket prices have a positive and significant direct impact on passenger loyalty, whereas on-time performance and flight schedules have a positive but insignificant direct impact. This implies that customer satisfaction is a vital factor for Garuda Indonesia Airlines to survive in a highly competitive aviation market.

The research concludes that improving flight punctuality and managing ticket prices are crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction at Garuda Indonesia Airlines.Customer satisfaction, in turn, significantly influences customer loyalty.While flight schedules do not directly impact customer satisfaction or loyalty in this study, maintaining high service quality, particularly punctuality, is essential for competitiveness.These findings highlight the importance of prioritizing factors that directly contribute to customer satisfaction to foster loyalty in the Indonesian airline industry.

Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh faktor-faktor eksternal seperti persaingan antar maskapai dan kondisi ekonomi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Garuda Indonesia. Selain itu, studi kualitatif dapat dilakukan untuk memahami secara mendalam persepsi pelanggan terhadap layanan Garuda Indonesia, termasuk aspek-aspek yang belum terungkap melalui metode kuantitatif. Penelitian selanjutnya juga dapat berfokus pada pengembangan model prediktif yang lebih akurat untuk memprediksi loyalitas pelanggan berdasarkan berbagai variabel, termasuk data perilaku pelanggan seperti frekuensi terbang dan preferensi rute. Terakhir, penting untuk meneliti efektivitas strategi pemasaran Garuda Indonesia dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, serta mengidentifikasi peluang untuk personalisasi layanan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan preferensi individu. Penelitian-penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif bagi Garuda Indonesia dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan mempertahankan pangsa pasar di industri penerbangan yang dinamis.
