Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi teknologi informasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 200 responden dari lima perusahaan manufaktur di Jawa Tengah. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik untuk mengukur hubungan antara tingkat digitalisasi dengan output kerja harian. Hasil menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif signifikan antara penggunaan sistem informasi ERP dengan peningkatan efisiensi produksi hingga 28%. Namun, ditemukan juga adanya perbedaan respons antara kelompok generasi milenial dan non-milenial terhadap adopsi teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi mengenai strategi adaptif pengembangan teknologi berbasis kebutuhan generasi kerja.

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi informasi meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan manufaktur, khususnya melalui sistem ERP.Perbedaan respons terhadap teknologi berdasarkan faktor generasi memerlukan pendekatan khusus dalam implementasi.Strategi adaptif berbasis kebutuhan generasi kerja dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan digitalisasi organisasi.

Analisis tentang resistensi adopsi teknologi di kalangan pekerja senior perlu dikembangkan melalui pendekatan antropologi organisasi.
