The purpose of this study was to find out how much contribution the application of the Independent Learning Activity Unit in the Semester Credit System to the Learning Achievement of Students at the Doyo Baru Adventist High School contributed. This study uses quantitative methods with a correlational research design approach. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant relationship between independent learning activity units in the semester credit system and learning achievement, with a correlation coefficient value (R) = 0.685; coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.469. The results of this study indicate the relationship between the application of the Independent Learning Activity Unit in the Semester Credit System and the Student Achievement of 46.9%. The remaining 53.1% contributed by other variables not examined in this study. The contribution of the Independent Learning Activity Unit from the Implementation of the Independent Learning Activity Unit in the Semester Credit System to the Student Achievement of 46.9%.

The study concludes that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of Independent Learning Activity Units (UKBM) in the Semester Credit System and student achievement.9% to student learning achievement, while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other factors not investigated in this research.Therefore, the implementation of UKBM in the Semester Credit System is crucial for improving student achievement.

Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel lain yang berkontribusi terhadap 53.1% dari keberhasilan belajar siswa yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini, seperti gaya belajar siswa, motivasi belajar, atau lingkungan keluarga. Selain itu, penelitian dapat difokuskan pada pengembangan model UKBM yang lebih inovatif dan adaptif, yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik belajar siswa yang beragam. Penelitian selanjutnya juga dapat mengeksplorasi efektivitas penerapan UKBM dalam konteks pembelajaran daring atau blended learning, terutama pasca pandemi, untuk memastikan bahwa siswa tetap dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Terakhir, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan untuk membandingkan efektivitas UKBM di berbagai jenjang pendidikan atau jenis sekolah, guna mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik terbaik dan memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih komprehensif untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran.
