PT Lobara Duta Anugrah Surabaya plays a key role in implementing industrial revolution and transformation strategies. As a pioneer in human resource services in Surabaya, the company provides recruitment, training, and HR consulting. This study aims to analyze and describe . Specifically, it seeks to determine: (1) the simultaneous effect of employee development and motivation on performance, (2) the partial (individual) effect of each variable, and (3) which variable has the most dominant influence. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis to examine how employee development and work motivation affect employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. Data were processed using SPSS version 31.00, and hypothesis testing was conducted through statistical tests and classical assumption tests. The results show that both employee development and work motivation significantly affect employee performance, both jointly and individually. Among the two variables, employee development has the most dominant influence, with a partial contribution of 40.6% to performance improvement.

Based on the research and discussion, it can be concluded that employee development significantly influences employee performance, as does work motivation.Both employee development and work motivation simultaneously contribute 84.These findings suggest that the improvement of employee performance at PT Lobara Duta Anugrah Surabaya depends on both technical skills and organizational support through structured training and a motivational work climate.

Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efektivitas program pengembangan karyawan di PT Lobara Duta Anugrah Surabaya, mengingat kepemimpinan yang kuat dapat mendorong komitmen dan partisipasi aktif karyawan dalam pengembangan diri. Selain itu, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan efektivitas berbagai metode pelatihan dan pengembangan, seperti pelatihan berbasis digital, mentoring, atau rotasi pekerjaan, untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan yang paling optimal dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Terakhir, penelitian kualitatif yang mendalam dapat dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dan pengalaman karyawan terkait program motivasi dan pengembangan yang ada, guna mengidentifikasi area-area yang perlu ditingkatkan dan memastikan bahwa program tersebut benar-benar relevan dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi karyawan. Penelitian-penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif dan praktis bagi PT Lobara Duta Anugrah Surabaya dalam mengoptimalkan investasi sumber daya manusia dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif.
