This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, job stress, and job satisfaction on employee performance in the outsourcing company PT Citra Bersama. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research population consists of 70 employees working in the company. The analysis results show that job compensation does not have a significant influence on employee performance in the outsourcing company PT Citra Bersama. Job stress does not have a significant relationship with employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance in the outsourcing company PT Citra Bersama. Factors such as recognition of performance, career development opportunities, and work-life balance are important in improving employee job satisfaction.

The study concludes that compensation and work stress do not significantly affect employee performance, while job satisfaction does.These findings suggest that focusing on enhancing job satisfaction is crucial for improving employee performance at PT.Further research should explore the nuances of these relationships within the context of outsourcing and consider additional factors influencing performance.

Based on the findings, future research could investigate the specific aspects of job satisfaction that most strongly influence performance among outsourcing employees at PT. Citra Bersama, potentially through qualitative interviews to gain deeper insights. Furthermore, exploring the role of non-financial compensation, such as training and development opportunities, in mitigating the impact of work stress and enhancing employee performance would be valuable. Finally, a comparative study examining the relationship between these variables in different outsourcing companies could reveal industry-specific trends and best practices for optimizing employee performance and well-being. These studies should consider the unique challenges and motivations of contract workers, as their perspectives may differ from those of permanent employees, and could lead to more targeted and effective interventions to improve performance and job satisfaction.
