This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an influence of leadership behavior and organizational culture on the performance of educators at the Womens Police School (Sepolwan) Lemdiklat Polri. Measuring the performance of educators at Sepolwan Lemdiklat Polri is based on factors of leadership behavior and organizational culture. The method used in this research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The analysis used is path analysis, which tests and measures the direct effect of one variable on another. The population in this research was 158 respondents. The sample in this study was taken using a simple random technique and a sample technique from Slovin with the calculation results of 78 educators. The finding of the research is that leadership has a positive direct effect on the performance of the National Polices teaching staff. Good leadership will have a positive influence on improving the performance of the National Polices teaching staff. Organizational culture has a positive direct effect on the performance of Polris educators. The stronger the organizational culture of the National Police, the better the performance of its educators. Organizational culture has a positive direct effect on the performance of the National Polices teaching staff. The leadership of a qualified National Police principal can have an impact on enhancing a conducive organizational culture.

The research findings demonstrate that leadership positively influences the performance of educators within the National Police force.Furthermore, organizational culture also exhibits a positive and direct impact on educator performance.Finally, effective leadership is shown to foster a conducive organizational culture, ultimately contributing to improved performance among educators.

Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional secara spesifik terhadap kinerja pendidik di Sepolwan. Hal ini penting karena gaya kepemimpinan yang berbeda mungkin memiliki dampak yang berbeda pula terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pendidik. Selain itu, penelitian dapat diperluas dengan mengeksplorasi peran mediasi dari iklim organisasi dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja pendidik. Memahami bagaimana iklim organisasi memediasi hubungan ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang mekanisme yang mendasari pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Terakhir, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan praktik kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi di Sepolwan dengan lembaga pendidikan kepolisian lainnya, baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri, untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dan area yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih komprehensif dan relevan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kinerja pendidik di lingkungan Polri.
