This research is descriptive analysis and uses a statutory approach. This research also uses qualitative juridical analysis which is conducted by using inductive deductive thinking method and vice versa. Conducted to find out and describe the corona virus impact on regulation in banking sector, and how the Financial Services Authoritys role for protecting banking consumers affected by Covid-19. The impact of Covid-19 has an economic activities impact, including in banking sector, which causes debtors to experience difficulties in carrying out achievements. Although, the government issued several policies including the existence of regulations regarding State Financial Policy and Financial System Stability for Handling the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Pandemic or in the Context of Facing Threats that Endanger the National Economy and Financial System Stability. Furthermore, the Financial Services Authority as a banking supervisory institution also took part in and supported the Governments policies, namely by issuing several policies in order to protect customers affected by Covid-19, through its policies, banking institutions are required to implement a credit relaxation program like credit restructuring for affected customers.

Based on the discussion in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the impact of Covid-19 gives influence on economic activities, including in business and banking sectors, which causes debtors to experience difficulties in carrying out achievements.In response to the problem, the government issued several policies, including the issuance of PERPU No.1 of 2020 on State Financial Policy and Financial System Stability for Handling the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Pandemic and/or in the Context of Facing Threats that Endanger the National Economy and Financial System Stability, which is now established as Law No.The Financial Services Authority as a banking supervisory institution also took part in and supported the governments policies, one of which was the issuance of POJK No.In the implementation of the protection of banking customers affected by Covid-19, through the POJK, banking institutions are required to implement a credit relaxation program in the form of credit restructuring for banking customers affected by the Corona-19 virus.As for the implementation of the regulations, it is entrusted to each banking institution.At the end of this section, the writer also suggests and recommends that in order to overcome the spread of the virus in the submission of restructuring, the community is advised not to meet directly but through online media.However, not all communities understand and understand the online process, so banks need to socialize the policy.To prevent misuse of the policy, OJK must also continue to monitor the implementation of the policy.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted various economic activities, including in the banking sector. The government has taken various steps to mitigate the impact of the pandemic, including issuing policies to protect banking customers affected by Covid-19. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has also issued several policies to support the governments efforts, including POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020, which provides for credit relaxation programs for affected customers. However, there are still challenges in implementing these policies, such as the need for better communication and education about the policy to avoid misuse and ensure that it reaches the intended beneficiaries. Therefore, further research could explore the effectiveness of these policies in protecting banking customers and mitigating the impact of the pandemic on the banking sector, as well as the role of OJK in monitoring and evaluating the implementation of these policies.
