This study aims to examine the effect of online food delivery services and prices on increasing sales turnover of culinary businesses in Kemang District, Bogor Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a population of Go-jek partner culinary businesses in Kemang District, Bogor Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 100 culinary entrepreneurs who partner with Gofood in Kemang District, Bogor Regency. The research data were analyzed using PLS-SEM (Patial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that online food delivery services and prices have a significant effect on increasing sales turnover of culinary businesses in Kemang District, Bogor Regency. So it can be concluded that culinary business people in Kemang District, Bogor Regency need to pay attention to online food delivery services and prices as factors that result in an increase in sales turnover.

The study concludes that online food delivery services, specifically Go-Food, and pricing strategies significantly influence the increase in sales turnover for culinary businesses in Kemang District, Bogor Regency.The convenience offered by online delivery platforms and effective pricing contribute to increased consumer interest and financial stability for these businesses.Therefore, culinary entrepreneurs in the region should prioritize these factors to enhance their sales performance.

Further research could explore the impact of varying commission structures imposed by online delivery platforms on the profitability of small culinary businesses, potentially investigating alternative revenue-sharing models that are more equitable. Additionally, a comparative study examining consumer preferences for different online food delivery services beyond Go-Food, considering factors like delivery speed, user interface, and promotional offers, would provide valuable insights. Finally, research could investigate the role of digital marketing strategies, such as social media engagement and online advertising, in conjunction with online delivery services and pricing, to maximize sales turnover for culinary businesses, particularly focusing on how these strategies can be tailored to local consumer behavior and preferences. These studies should consider the unique challenges and opportunities faced by culinary entrepreneurs in the context of a rapidly evolving digital landscape and changing consumer expectations, aiming to provide actionable recommendations for sustainable growth and competitiveness.
