This Community Partnership Service is a concept of applying entrepreneurship courses in the Entrepreneurship Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Al-Azhar based on the Community Empowerment Program. It is expected that the Management Study Program will recognize the importance of entrepreneurship in improving business and extend this knowledge to the community in Manunggal Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The method employed is experimental learning combined with a literature review on entrepreneurship and SWOT Analysis, delivered through lectures and group discussions to encourage active participation. The training covered the concept of entrepreneurship, and post-activity feedback indicated participant responsiveness and enthusiasm, evidenced by numerous questions and the development of business plans for future Universitas Al-Azhar batches.

The implementation of the entrepreneurship concept, grounded in theoretical principles, was successfully carried out in Manunggal Village.The experimental learning method and SWOT analysis proved effective in fostering entrepreneurial skills.Close communication among all team members is crucial for enhancing business quality and ensuring the sustainability of the program.

Further research should investigate the long-term impact of this empowerment program on the economic well-being of Manunggal Village residents, specifically examining the sustainability of the business plans developed during the training. Additionally, studies could explore the effectiveness of integrating digital literacy training into the entrepreneurship curriculum to enhance marketing capabilities and access to wider markets. Finally, research is needed to assess the potential for establishing a collaborative network between Universitas Al-Azhar, local government, and the private sector to provide ongoing mentorship and financial support to budding entrepreneurs in the region, fostering a more robust and self-sustaining entrepreneurial ecosystem. These investigations, building upon the current programs foundation, will contribute to a deeper understanding of how to effectively cultivate entrepreneurial spirit and drive economic growth in rural communities.
