Jurnal Agrosains Universitas Panca BhaktiJurnal Agrosains Universitas Panca BhaktiJember Regency is an area that is less suitable for oyster mushroom cultivation when considering the temperature of the cultivation, but this can be overcome by using condensation and pasteurization technology that farmers can do for farming in the Jember Regency Region. The researchers aim is to find out how the characteristics of oyster mushroom farmers in the Jember Regency Region, how the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the acceptance behavior of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farming in Jember Regency. Determination of the research area using purposive method. The research method uses descriptive and analytical methods. The research sample used purposive sampling method. Data analysis using descriptive analysis methods, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis showed: (1) the characteristics of oyster mushroom farmers in Jember Regency: the gender of oyster mushroom farmers is dominated by male farmers (90%). The age of oyster mushroom farmers is dominated by farmers aged 31-50 years. The dominating education of oyster mushroom farmers is high school (77.5%). Experience or length of farming is dominated by >4 years (75%). The farming scale is that all respondents have a farming scale of ≤7000 baglogs. (2) Attitude variables have a significant effect on farmers acceptance intentions of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farms in Jember Regency (3) Subjective norm variables do not have a significant effect on farmers acceptance intentions of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farms in Jember Regency (4) Behavior control variables do not have a significant effect on farmers acceptance intentions of condensation and pasteurization technology on oyster mushroom farms in Jember Regency.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik petani jamur tiram di Kabupaten Jember didominasi oleh petani laki-laki, usia 31-50 tahun, berpendidikan SMA, memiliki pengalaman bertani lebih dari 4 tahun, dan skala usaha kurang dari 7000 baglog.Variabel sikap memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat menerima teknologi pasteurisasi dan pengembunan, sementara norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Dengan demikian, sikap petani terhadap teknologi ini menjadi faktor kunci dalam penerimaannya.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa saran penelitian lanjutan dapat diajukan. Pertama, penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi niat petani dalam menerima teknologi pengembunan dan pasteurisasi, seperti akses terhadap informasi, pelatihan, dan dukungan finansial. Kedua, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan penerimaan teknologi ini di berbagai wilayah dengan kondisi geografis dan sosial ekonomi yang berbeda untuk memahami konteks spesifik yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi. Ketiga, penelitian dapat difokuskan pada pengembangan model intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap petani terhadap teknologi pengembunan dan pasteurisasi, misalnya melalui demonstrasi lapangan, penyuluhan, atau program kemitraan dengan pihak swasta. Penelitian-penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan budidaya jamur tiram di Indonesia.
