This study demonstrates the significant role of digital health interventions in managing lifestyle diseases like diabetes and hypertension.The use of mobile health apps and wearable devices has been shown to improve patient adherence, monitoring capabilities, and self-management skills, empowering patients to actively participate in their healthcare.These interventions not only enhance individual health outcomes but also reduce the burden on healthcare systems, making them a valuable tool for addressing the increasing prevalence of lifestyle diseases.
