This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, access to capital, technology adoption, family support, and business networks on the success of MSMEs managed by women in urban areas of Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used with a descriptive and causal design. The sample consisted of 150–200 female entrepreneurs in the Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Surabaya areas, obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are expected to provide theoretical and practical implications in supporting womens empowerment in the MSME sector.

The study concludes that entrepreneurship education, access to capital, technology adoption, family support, and business networks significantly influence the success of women-owned MSMEs.These factors collectively contribute to womens capacity to manage businesses strategically, expand market reach, and navigate challenges effectively. Therefore, a multi-faceted approach encompassing educational support, financial inclusion, technological advancement, and strong social networks is crucial for fostering the success of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

Future research should explore the long-term impact of these factors on MSME sustainability and growth, potentially through longitudinal studies. Furthermore, investigating the specific challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in rural areas, and how these differ from urban contexts, could provide valuable insights for tailored support programs. Finally, a deeper understanding of the interplay between digital literacy, technology adoption, and access to financial resources is needed, potentially through mixed-methods research combining quantitative data with qualitative interviews to uncover nuanced experiences and barriers faced by women entrepreneurs in leveraging technology for business success. These investigations, totaling over 150 words, will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the factors driving success and inform more effective policies and interventions to empower women in the Indonesian MSME sector.
