This study examines the determinants of cooperative member loyalty through the lens of Sharia compliance, employee accountability, and trust. The research methodology used quantitative analysis. Data collection methods included questionnaires and structured interviews with 80 research participants. The population consisted of all Ikhlas Beramal Bangkalan Islamic marketing cooperative members. In addition, the data from these respondents were analyzed using SPSS software. Analysis of the research data shows that Sharia compliance shows a negative correlation and does not significantly affect member loyalty. In contrast, employee responsibilities positively correlate with and significantly affect member loyalty. In addition, trust shows a negative correlation and significantly impacts member loyalty. The three elements collectively influence the loyalty of the Ikhlas Beramal Bangkalan Sharia marketing cooperative members.

The study reveals that Sharia compliance does not have a significant impact on member loyalty, while employee responsibility positively influences it.Surprisingly, trust exhibits a negative relationship with member loyalty.These findings suggest that cooperatives should focus on strengthening employee accountability, reassessing trust-building strategies, and ensuring Sharia compliance delivers tangible benefits to members.Further research could explore additional factors influencing member loyalty in Islamic cooperatives, such as service quality perceptions or the role of religious motivation.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa saran penelitian lanjutan dapat diajukan. Pertama, penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi loyalitas anggota koperasi syariah, seperti kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan anggota, atau peran motivasi religius. Kedua, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan loyalitas anggota pada berbagai jenis koperasi, baik koperasi syariah maupun konvensional, untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan dan persamaan dalam faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas. Ketiga, penelitian kualitatif dapat dilakukan untuk memahami secara mendalam persepsi dan pengalaman anggota koperasi terkait dengan kepatuhan syariah, akuntabilitas karyawan, dan kepercayaan, serta bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk tetap menjadi anggota dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan koperasi. Penelitian-penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif mengenai dinamika loyalitas anggota dalam konteks koperasi syariah dan memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih tepat bagi pengelola koperasi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas anggota dan mencapai keberlanjutan bisnis.
