Jurnal Justisia Ekonomika: Magister Hukum Ekonomi SyariahJurnal Justisia Ekonomika: Magister Hukum Ekonomi SyariahPurposes of this study are to determine the perceptions of business actors and the obstacles and barriers faced when applying for halal certificates, both before and after the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation in the perspective of Islamic economics within Kuta Village, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The Balinese society is pluralistic and consists of various religions. This study employs a qualitative research method, focusing on understanding daily life phenomena. The study concludes that the halal certificate processing process is strict and impractical, Law Number 6 of 2023 provides a breath of fresh air, business actors face several obstacles, and the Halal Product Process Companion is helpful.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pencarian sertifikasi halal sangat kaku dan tidak praktis.Keberadaan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 mengenai Ciptaan Karya memberikan udara segar bagi pelaku usaha.Selain itu, para pelaku usaha menghadapi sejumlah halangan dalam mendapat sertifikat halal.
Adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk penelitian ini dalam hal membahas tentang dampak praktik tawar menawar pada pelaku usaha, dan ajukan penelitian lebar mengenai dampak praktik tawar menawar untuk mendukung keputusan lebih baik pada pelaku usaha dalam jamannya yang terjadi. Penelitian akan lebih berfokus untuk mengenali dampak pengubahan keputusan pelaku usaha yang melibatkan pelanggan, dan bagaimana situasi tersebut mampu mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berhubungan dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan praktis pelanggan. Penelitian sebaiknya mengembangkan teknik pembahasan terhadap sejauh mana integrasi pelayanan halal bagi masyarakat yang turut serta di Kuta Bali serasi dengan persiapan pelaku usaha dalam membuat keputusan seperti penawaran sederhana seperti yang sudah menjadi kenyataan saat ini.
