The purpose of this study was to determine the compensation, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Arta Batrindo Branch Pekanbaru. Samples are 45 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling (census). Data obtained from respondents using data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 19. The results of this study indicate that the variable compensation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of employees, while motivation does not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, variable compensation, motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of employees.

The study concluded that compensation and organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance at PT.Arta Batrindo Pekanbaru, while motivation does not.This suggests that focusing on improving compensation and fostering stronger organizational commitment can lead to better employee performance.However, companies should also review non-significant variables like motivation to identify potential areas for enhancement and overall performance improvement.

Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas cakupan dengan menyelidiki pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan, mengingat kepemimpinan merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang positif. Selain itu, studi kualitatif dapat dilakukan untuk menggali lebih dalam persepsi karyawan mengenai kompensasi dan bagaimana hal tersebut memengaruhi tingkat komitmen mereka terhadap perusahaan. Terakhir, penelitian dapat difokuskan pada peran mediasi dari kepuasan kerja antara kompensasi, motivasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan, karena kepuasan kerja seringkali menjadi penghubung penting antara faktor-faktor ini dan hasil kerja yang optimal. Penelitian-penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan membantu perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif.
