This research aims at designing an English learning application which called EXI (English Expressing Opinion). This product consists of some materials and exercises which is appropriate and feasible to be studied for students. All materials in this product are based on senior high school Grade XI. The purpose of designing this product is to enhance students speaking skill. The research method used in this research is Research and Development. This development used ADDIE model which have several steps, those are; 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The result of this research shows that both the media validation and the material validation are in “very good category. The students responses of try out result also shows in “very good category. By having those result, this EXI (English Expressing Opinion) application is feasible to be used as a supplementary learning media for students at grade XI. Furthermore this research can be used as reference to other researcher in developing English learning media in different level of students.

The research successfully designed an EXI (English Expressing Opinion) application deemed feasible as a supplementary learning medium for eleventh-grade students.Both media and material validation received very good ratings, and student responses during the trial phase were also positive.This research provides a valuable reference for future studies focused on developing English learning media for diverse student levels.

Based on the research findings, future studies could explore the long-term impact of the EXI application on students speaking confidence and fluency in real-world communication scenarios. Furthermore, research could investigate the effectiveness of integrating the EXI application with other learning platforms or classroom activities to create a more comprehensive learning experience. Finally, it would be beneficial to adapt and test the EXI application for different grade levels or English proficiency levels to determine its broader applicability and potential for personalization, potentially incorporating adaptive learning algorithms to cater to individual student needs and learning paces. These investigations will contribute to a deeper understanding of how technology-enhanced learning can effectively improve English speaking skills and foster greater student engagement.
