Introduction: Covid-19 has now been declared a pandemic case, the agricultural sector is no exception. Farmers health during the Covid-19 pandemic and the high risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas need solutions in handling efforts. Purpose: developing a framework for reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas based on android (ENurse App during the Covid-19 pandemic) by compiling the design of the ENurse App and analyzing the effect of the ENurse App on farmers understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in areas agriculture. Method: a mix of qualitative methods with an interpretive phenomenology approach to design the ENurse App (Emergency Nursing) application, followed by quantitative methods with the Spearman Rho test and a questionnaire measuring tool. Respondents in this study were farmers of Pandalungan. Result: Formed the design of the ENurse App application, the pre-post treatment test obtained the value of r = 0.678 > α = 0.05. This means that there is an effect of providing education through the smart app application on farmers understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas with a strong relationship. Conclusion: The ENurse App affects farmers understanding in reducing the risk of emergencies and disasters in agricultural areas during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The study demonstrates that the ENurse App effectively enhances farmers understanding of emergency risk reduction in agricultural areas.This is particularly relevant during the Covid-19 pandemic, highlighting the apps potential to support farmers health and safety.The research confirms a strong correlation between the use of the ENurse App and improved knowledge among farmers regarding emergency preparedness.

Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk menguji efektivitas ENurse App dalam jangka panjang dan pada skala yang lebih luas, melibatkan berbagai jenis pertanian dan kondisi geografis. Selain itu, studi komparatif dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan ENurse App dengan metode penyuluhan pertanian tradisional untuk mengidentifikasi keunggulan dan kelemahan masing-masing pendekatan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dari ENurse App dapat difokuskan pada integrasi fitur-fitur yang lebih canggih, seperti sistem peringatan dini berbasis cuaca atau akses ke informasi pasar pertanian, untuk memberikan dukungan yang lebih komprehensif kepada petani. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembangan aplikasi serupa di sektor pertanian lainnya dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan ketahanan pangan serta kesejahteraan petani di Indonesia.
