<br>Promosi (X1) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,631 yang berada dalam kategori AukuatAoAo.Promosi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai regresi sebesar 0,430 dan mempunyai nilai t hitung sebesar 8.984) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan bernilai positif.Artinya promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Harga (X2) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,708 yang berada dalam kategori AukuatAoAo.Harga (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai regresi sebesar 1.013 dan mempunyai nilai t hitung sebesar 9.984) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan bernilai positif.Artinya harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kualitas pelayanan (X3) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,562 yang berada dalam kategori AusedangAoAo.Kualitas pelayanan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai regresi sebesar 0,694 dan mempunyai nilai t hitung sebesar 6.984) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan bernilai positif.Artinya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Promosi, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai hubungan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai R sebesar 0,792.Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (Adj R square) dengan nilai sebesar 61,5%, artinya bahwa variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 61,5 %, sisanya 38,5 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.Hasil pengujian secara simultan diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar (53.70) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi (X1), harga (X2), kualitas pelayanan (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) memiliki pengaruh simultan dan signifikan

Pertama, penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengeksplorasi efektivitas PBL dengan variasi tingkat kesulitan masalah yang berbeda untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesulitan optimal yang memicu peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Kedua, penelitian dapat dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh PBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan karakteristik belajar yang beragam, seperti siswa berkebutuhan khusus atau siswa dengan tingkat motivasi belajar yang berbeda. Ketiga, penelitian longitudinal dapat dilakukan untuk mengukur dampak jangka panjang PBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa, serta transfer keterampilan tersebut ke mata pelajaran lain. Dengan demikian, pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang efektivitas PBL dapat diperoleh, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan secara lebih optimal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan..
<br>Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning/PBL) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran matematika.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan PBL dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional.Oleh karena itu, PBL dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk mengoptimalkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran matematika

Kedua, perlu dikaji bagaimana pengaruh variasi media eksperimen, seperti permainan digital interaktif berbasis eksperimen warna, dibandingkan dengan media fisik terhadap minat dan pemahaman konsep kognitif anak di lingkungan PAUD dengan akses teknologi terbatas. Ketiga, penting untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan eksperimen warna dalam konteks inklusif, khususnya bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, untuk melihat apakah metode ini dapat disesuaikan dan efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan kognitif mereka melalui stimulasi sensorik yang terstruktur. Penelitian lanjutan sebaiknya mempertimbangkan desain yang lebih luas, melibatkan lebih banyak peserta dan lokasi berbeda, serta menggunakan pendekatan campuran (kuantitatif dan kualitatif) agar temuan lebih representatif dan dapat digeneralisasi. Selain itu, penting untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran berbasis eksperimen warna yang terstandarisasi agar dapat diadopsi oleh guru-guru di berbagai daerah, terutama di wilayah pedesaan dengan sumber daya terbatas. Dengan demikian, inovasi pembelajaran ini tidak hanya bermanfaat secara lokal, tetapi juga berkelanjutan dan dapat diterapkan secara luas dalam praktik pendidikan anak usia dini di Indonesia..
<br>Penerapan metode eksperimen pencampuran warna terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam mengenali warna.Terjadi peningkatan signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II, menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan eksperimen memberikan pengalaman belajar yang konkret dan bermakna.Metode ini sejalan dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini yang belajar melalui pengalaman langsung dan eksplorasi
<br>Penelitian tindakan kelas ini membahas peningkatan kemampuan kognitif melalui metode eksperimen pencampuran warna pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Nurul Islam Papayan Jatiwaras. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang mengacu pada model Suharsimi Arikunto yang mencakup empat tahap, yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. <br>Penerapan metode Pembelajaran Penemuan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar materi Asmaul Husna siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Pasi Aceh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari rata-rata skor pra-siklus (67,2) menjadi 71 pada siklus pertama, dan 84 pada siklus kedua.Tingkat ketercapaian KKM meningkat dari 40% menjadi 87%.Metode ini meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses belajar, memperkuat pemahaman konsep, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis penemuan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI, khususnya pada materi Asmaul Husna
<br>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar materi Asmaul Husna pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Pasi Aceh melalui penerapan metode Pembelajaran Penemuan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 15 anak; data awal menunjukkan rata-rata skor pra-siklus sebesar 67,2 dengan 6 siswa (40%) mencapai KKM 70. Kedua, diperlukan studi tentang efektivitas sistem monitoring real-time berbasis sensor pada nozzle untuk mendeteksi ketidakselarasan posisi secara otomatis selama proses coating, guna mencegah cacat Sealer Misplacement sejak dini. Ketiga, perlu dikaji penerapan pelatihan berbasis simulasi digital bagi operator, untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pemahaman SOP dan akurasi kerja dalam jangka panjang, mengingat faktor manusia masih menjadi kontributor signifikan terhadap kejadian cacat. Ketiga ide penelitian ini saling melengkapi dengan temuan studi sebelumnya dan berfokus pada penguatan aspek pencegahan, otomasi, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam sistem kontrol kualitas di lini produksi otomotif. <br>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan celebrity endorser terhadap minat beli produk Scarlett di Kabupaten Semarang. Minat beli produk Scarlett dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya kualitas produk, citra merek, dan celebrity endorser. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah 96 responden yang pernah menggunakan dan menggunakan produk Scarlett di Kabupaten Semarang. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen, korelasi, regresi, koefisien determinasi, dan hipotesis dengan software SPSS versi 2021.

<br>The research demonstrates that the reading aloud ability of first-grade students at MIN 50 Bireuen was initially low, with only 30% meeting the established KKM.The implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model significantly improved student performance, culminating in 100% of students achieving the KKM by the end of Cycle II.These findings underscore the effectiveness of PBL as an innovative learning strategy for enhancing reading skills and fostering a more engaging learning environment
<br>Syllables and words with correct pronunciation are a challenge for students, indicated by low daily scores that do not meet the Minimum Competency (KKM) of 70.  Only 6 out of 20 students (30%) achieved scores above the KKM, requiring corrective action for the rest. Teachers initiated the use of problem-based learning (PBL) as an alternative approach. This classroom action research was conducted at MIN 50 Bireuen, involving 20 first-grade students. Data was collected through tests and non-tests. <br>This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in the material of understanding fasting in the month of Ramadan in the subject of Islamic Religious Education through the application of the Problem Based Learning model. The research is a Class Action Research carried out in class V-A SD Negeri Lamsayuen, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency, for the 2024/2025 school year. The subjects of the study were all students of class V-A (N = 21). Data was collected through observation, learning outcome tests, documentation, and field notes. <br>The research demonstrates that the application of the Language Experience Approach (LEA) effectively improved the writing skills of second-grade students at SD Negeri Siem.Initially, most students struggled with writing, exhibiting errors in spelling, sentence structure, and idea development, falling below the established Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM).Through the implementation of LEA across two cycles, a significant increase in student writing proficiency was observed, culminating in nearly all students achieving KKM with enhanced sentence construction, vocabulary usage, and confidence in expressing their ideas in writing
<br>This research aims to improve the writing skills of grade II students of SD Negeri Siem through the application of the Language Experience Approach (LEA) method. The background of this research is the low writing ability of students, as can be seen from the pre-cycle results that are still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which is carried out in two cycles, each through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Ketiga, penelitian dapat difokuskan pada pengembangan program pelatihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital karyawan, dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan spesifik perusahaan dan perkembangan teknologi terkini. Penelitian-penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif tentang bagaimana meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang optimal, serta memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif dan relevan..
