Additionally, studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of different intervention strategies, such as mindfulness-based programs or peer support groups, in mitigating burnout and promoting resilience among healthcare professionals in diverse cultural and healthcare settings.  Finally, research should focus on identifying systemic factors within healthcare organizations that contribute to burnout, such as workload imbalances, lack of resources, and inadequate staffing levels, to inform policy changes and improve working conditions for healthcare workers, ultimately fostering a more sustainable and supportive healthcare system..

<br>The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed unprecedented challenges on healthcare systems globally, significantly impacting healthcare workers (HCWs) and intensifying the incidence of occupational burnout. Characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and diminished personal accomplishment, burnout has been further exacerbated by pandemic-specific stressors such as resource limitations, fear of contagion, overwhelming workloads, and emotional fatigue. Kedua, perlu dikaji secara mendalam bagaimana perubahan tata guna lahan akibat deforestasi dan ekspansi perkebunan memengaruhi perilaku vektor Anopheles, khususnya spesies kelompok Leucosphyrus, dalam beralih dari habitat hutan ke permukiman dan area pertanian. Ketiga, perlu dikembangkan studi lintas batas untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem surveilans molekuler dalam mendeteksi infeksi Plasmodium knowlesi dan spesies simian lainnya di daerah terpencil, serta bagaimana mobilitas manusia lintas batas memengaruhi dinamika penularan. Penelitian-penelitian ini penting untuk memahami transmisi silang antara hewan dan manusia, mengidentifikasi faktor risiko lingkungan, dan merancang strategi pengendalian yang lebih tepat sasaran di wilayah perbatasan. Dengan pendekatan ini, upaya eliminasi malaria dapat tetap berjalan meskipun menghadapi tantangan dari patogen zoonosis. Pemahaman lebih baik terhadap ekosistem hutan dan interaksi manusia-hewan juga akan membantu menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan. <br>Munculnya malaria zoonosis di Indonesia telah mengubah dinamika pengendalian dan manajemen malaria dalam upaya pemberantasan total di populasi manusia.Ancaman meningkatnya malaria zoonosis dapat memperlambat upaya pemberantasan malaria lebih lanjut.Namun, dengan upaya yang terfokus, transmisi malaria zoonosis pada manusia dapat dicegah tanpa membahayakan kesejahteraan inang alami, keanekaragaman hayati hewan, maupun sektor ekonomi di wilayah yang endemis malaria zoonosis
<br>Indonesia bertujuan untuk memberantas malaria pada tahun 2030. Indonesia memiliki beban penyakit kedua tertinggi di wilayah Asia Tenggara WHO, setelah India, dengan kontribusi 9% dari seluruh kasus malaria pada tahun 2024. Kasus malaria telah menurun drastis karena adanya rencana dan program strategis nasional, serta Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia telah mengukuhkan beberapa kabupaten sebagai zona bebas malaria. Kasus malaria di Kalimantan (Borneo Indonesia) telah mengalami penurunan selama dua dekade terakhir. <br>Based on export indicator, the MS-AGSARMACH(2,1,1) model can accurately explain the financial crisis in Hong Kong in the 1997 Ae 1998 and 2008 Ae 2009 periods.The model can also predict that there will be no crisis based on export indicator in 2021.For future research, the inclusion of other macroeconomic indicators in the model is recommended to improve forecast accuracy
<br>The financial crisis in Hong Kong occurred in 1997 and 2008. To prevent a crisis or reduce the impact of a crisis, action is needed through early detection of the crisis using export indicator. The combination of Markov Switching and Asymmetric Generalized Seasonal Autoregressive Moving Average Conditional Heteroscedasticity (MS-AGSARMACH) models explains the crisis well. The results show that the MS-AGSARMACH(2,1,1) model can explain past and future crises well.

<br>Based on the results of the research on the fluctuating value of Indonesian non-oil and gas exports, a combined ARIMA model was utilized.The use of a hybrid model effectively reduces errors inherent in the ARIMA model by accounting for asymmetric effects, leading to the selection of the optimal model.The study identified the Hybrid ARIMA-EGARCH model as the best performer, achieving a MAPE value of 9.35158%, indicating highly accurate predictions suitable for forecasting future non-oil and gas export values

Non-oil and gas exports are one of the sectors that provide the largest foreign exchange contribution to Indonesia, and the movement of non-oil and gas export values has an impact on economic growth. Kedua, diperlukan studi komparatif yang menguji efektivitas nano-gamma-oryzanol versus bentuk standar dalam meningkatkan penyerapan dan respons metabolik pada pasien diabetes, untuk menentukan apakah formulasi nano dapat memberikan manfaat klinis yang lebih besar. Ketiga, sebaiknya dilakukan penelitian tentang interaksi gamma-oryzanol dengan terapi diabetes standar seperti metformin, untuk menyelidiki potensi efek sinergis atau modifikasi dosis yang memungkinkan, sehingga pengobatan menjadi lebih efektif dan memiliki efek samping lebih rendah..
<br>Tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa gamma-oryzanol (-ORZ) memiliki sifat antidiabetik yang menjanjikan, termasuk peningkatan sekresi dan sensitivitas insulin, pengendalian glikemik yang lebih baik, perbaikan profil lipid, serta penguatan pertahanan antioksidan.Senyawa ini juga berpotensi mengurangi komplikasi diabetes seperti kardiomiopati dan kerusakan ginjal.Namun, studi lebih lanjut, khususnya uji klinis terstruktur dengan baik, diperlukan untuk memvalidasi efikasi -ORZ dan menilai potensinya dibandingkan terapi standar saat ini
